betpk22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betpk22 does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed on the platform's cashier page.
The minimum deposit amount at betpk22 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are reflected in your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
betpk22 processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for standard Members. Members at higher Loyalty Programme tiers may benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as detailed in the Loyalty Programme terms. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance checks. betpk22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. betpk22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. betpk22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which betpk22 accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by betpk22 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your betpk22 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. betpk22 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the wagering requirement has been met through irregular or prohibited betting patterns.
All bonuses have a validity period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. betpk22 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
betpk22 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
betpk22 operates a tiered Loyalty Programme that rewards Members for their ongoing activity on the platform. Loyalty Programme benefits, tier thresholds, and point redemption terms are governed by the Loyalty Programme terms available at /loyalty-program. betpk22 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
All bets placed on betpk22 are final once confirmed. betpk22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable game or sports betting rules. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on betpk22. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, event, and Member account status. betpk22 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
betpk22 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or the bet was placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement. Voided bets will be refunded to the Member's account balance at the original stake amount.

betpk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betpk22 determines that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination for breach, betpk22 may forfeit any balance held in the account.
You may close your betpk22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
